All the products we sell have a guarantee of at least the 3 years offered by law, in some cases the manufacturer gives a longer guarantee, see the texts on our website. In some cases we manage the warranty and in other cases it is managed directly by the manufacturer.

To open a warranty request, please write to us indicating the product, an explanation of what happens and the invoice or reference of your order.
