Returns and exchanges

Experiencia Natural SL informs you of your rights regarding returns and exchanges of goods.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 15 calendar days, you can do so without any justification, unless it is a perishable or non-returnable product. You can do so by emailing us pedidos[at]semillas-de-marihuana.com or in our shop Experiencia Natural. Calle Cabeza de manzaneda 17, bajo. 32005 Ourense, always in writing. Please check our general terms & conditions to know if the product is eligible to return.

Once the return has been communicated and accepted, we will check the products to ensure that they are in perfect condition, unused and sealed.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient receiving your communication regarding the exercise of your right before the expiry of the deadline. In other words, we must receive your communication in the 15 days following your purchase.

In the event of refund, we will refund all amounts received by you, including the minimum delivery charges (we do not refund urgent or special delivery charges that you select in addition). The refund can take up to 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will refund this amount using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, or to your bank account; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If you have not offered to collect the goods in the event of withdrawal, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within the same period, i.e. we must receive the goods in perfect condition and sealed within the 15 days available to you. If we receive your return request in the last 2 days that you have the right to return a product, we will give you 5 more calendar days of grace so that you can send us the products comfortably.

The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods after this period has expired.

You alone will be responsible for goods that have not been received in the same condition as they were sent, and this will be grounds for invalidating the return.
