Description
Kilombo Feminized Seeds of Bask Triangle Farms
what is Kilombo like?
Kilombo develops vigorous and balanced plants with a 60% Indica dominance that provides a compact structure, resistant branches and a very manageable growth both indoors and outdoors. During the vegetative phase it maintains a moderate stretch and an excellent lateral branching, facilitating the control of the canopy even in reduced spaces.
Indoors it reaches heights of approximately 80-120 cm, while outdoors it can easily exceed 2 meters under optimal conditions. Its flowers acquire a great density and are completely covered with shiny trichomes during the last weeks of flowering.
Genetics of this variety
This genetics is born from the cross between Kruntz and Superboof, a combination designed to enhance the terpene intensity, the resin production and the hybrid stability. Kruntz brings the sweet and gassy profiles inspired by modern Z lines, while Superboof introduces hybrid vigor, potency and significant trichome production.
what makes Kilombo Feminized special?
Kilombo stands out for its enormous resinous capacity and for the ease of handling it offers during the whole cultivation. Thanks to its stable and resistant behavior, it is perfectly adapted to both beginner growers and more advanced users looking to maximize production and quality.
In addition, the abundant trichome coverage makes it an excellent genetics for premium rosin and hash elaborations, offering high yields in extractions without compromising the aromatic profile.
Production and flowering
In indoor cultivation, it completes flowering in approximately 8 to 9 weeks, offering yields between 500 and 600 g/m². Outdoors, the harvest arrives at the beginning of October in the northern hemisphere, being able to generate between 400 grams and 1 kg per plant under good environmental conditions.
Aromatic profile and effects
The terpene profile of Kilombo mixes intense notes of tropical caramel and sweet fruits with hints of citrus, soft cream and a light background of gasoline that brings depth and persistence in the mouth.
The effect starts with a fast, euphoric and creative cerebral sensation that gradually evolves into a deep and very pleasant physical relaxation. Thanks to its 60/40 hybrid balance, it provides body wellness without completely blocking the mental activity.
Growing tips for Kilombo
During the vegetative phase it responds particularly well to early pruning and training techniques such as LST or SCROG, helping to maximize light penetration and improve final yields. Its resistant structure considerably reduces the need for complex trellising even during advanced flowering.
Due to the density of its flowers and the strong aroma during flowering, it is advisable to maintain an efficient ventilation and use active carbon filter in indoor crops. To fully preserve the terpene profile, slow drying and prolonged curing in airtight containers is advisable.
