El Mero

El Mero Seeds from Barney's Farm

What’s El Mero Like?

El Mero is an Indica-dominant hybrid that combines two highly regarded American strains. OG Kush contributes its earthy, citrusy, and deeply Kush-like character, while GMO adds its unmistakable notes of garlic, onion, and gas.

This combination results in a strain with a strong personality and an intense, complex aromatic profile. Indoors, the plants reach a height of approximately 100 to 120 cm, remaining relatively compact.

Aromatic Profile of El Mero

El Mero’s aroma stands out for its potent blend of garlic, onion, gas, and earth, accompanied by hints of Kush and sweet citrus.

The influence of GMO (Garlic Cookies) contributes the most penetrating and characteristic notes, while OG Kush introduces an earthy and citrusy base that balances the overall profile.

The result is a deep, gassy, and spicy aromatic profile, particularly appealing to those seeking strains with intense and unconventional aromas.

Flavor

On the palate , earthy Kush, garlic, and gas flavors predominate, accompanied by hints of onion and a sweet citrus undertone.

Its flavor profile combines intense, penetrating notes with a citrusy touch that adds contrast. The result is a complex and lingering flavor, where the heritage of OG Kush and GMO is clearly expressed.

Effects

El Mero offers a potent experience that begins with euphoric, stimulating, and uplifting sensations. Its initial phase is characterized by a positive mood, with an increased sense of happiness and sociability.

Subsequently, the effects evolve into intense and deep physical relaxation, characteristic of its Indica dominance. This combination of initial stimulation and physical calm is one of the variety’s main attractions.

With THC concentrations that can reach 29%, El Mero is extremely potent. The intensity of its effects may vary depending on the individual and the amount consumed.

Growing El Mero

El Mero produces moderately sized plants indoors, reaching heights of approximately 100 to 120 cm. Its Indica dominance and high yield potential make it an attractive strain for those seeking a potent variety that doesn’t grow excessively tall.

Under favorable conditions, it can yield 550 to 650 g/m² indoors, combining high yield with a highly intense aromatic profile.

It is sold as feminized seeds, with a high probability of producing female plants.
