Bortitz Regular Seeds of Bask Triangle Farms

what is Bortitz like?

Bortitz develops vigorous and compact plants with a 60% indica dominance that provides a strong structure, short internodes and an excellent capacity to support extremely dense flowers. During vegetative growth it shows a powerful and homogeneous lateral branching, greatly facilitating the control of the canopy.

Indoors it maintains heights of approximately 90-120 cm, while outdoors it can easily exceed 2 meters under favorable conditions. As flowering progresses, many phenotypes develop purple and dark hues that contrast with the thick covering of shiny trichomes.

Genetics of this variety

This genetics is born from the cross between K-Mintz and Bazk Planet, a combination designed to enhance both resinous production and aromatic complexity. K-Mintz brings the menthol, creamy and sweet nuances, while Bazk Planet introduces the gassy Kush background and a compact and productive floral structure.

what makes Bortitz Regular special?

Bortitz stands out for its enormous capacity to generate trichomes from early stages of flowering, completely covering flowers and nearby leaves with a thick and sticky resin ideal for premium extractions.

In addition, its regular format allows to select unique specimens both male and female, making it an excellent tool for breeders and growers interested in preserving elite mothers or developing new crosses.

Production and flowering

In indoor cultivation, it completes flowering in about 8 to 9 weeks, offering yields between 450 and 550 g/m². Outdoors, the harvest arrives at the beginning of October in the northern hemisphere, being able to reach up to 800 grams per plant under good climatic conditions.

Aromatic profile and effects

The terpene profile of Bortitz combines intense notes of fresh mint and sweet caramel with creamy, earthy nuances and a powerful gassy Kush background that lingers for a long time in the mouth.

The effect starts with a slight mental stimulation and a positive and creative feeling that progressively evolves towards a deep and comfortable physical relaxation. Thanks to its hybrid balance, it provides body wellness without being excessively sedative.

Growing tips for Bortitz

During the vegetative phase it responds particularly well to LST techniques and early pruning, helping to optimize light penetration and improve final production. Due to the extreme density of its flowers, it is essential to maintain constant ventilation and controlled humidity levels throughout flowering.

Moderate temperature drops during the last weeks can favor the appearance of visually attractive purple and dark colors. To fully preserve the terpene profile, slow drying and prolonged curing in airtight containers is recommended.

As these are regular seeds, it is advisable to quickly identify male specimens if the objective is to obtain seedless flowers, although they also represent an excellent opportunity for breeding and genetic selection projects.
