Growing Characteristics

Super Malawi Haze develops tall, very vigorous plants with enormous branching, capable of forming monumental flower structures. It produces gigantic, dense and very resinous colas, with an excellent flower/leaf ratio, much higher than many classic sativas.

It presents a better adaptability to indoor growing than other Haze/Malawi hybrids, as well as a flowering time more contained within what is possible in sativas of this level. The flowering varies between 11 and 16 weeks, depending on the phenotype.

Aroma and taste

The terpene profile is dominated by the Haze A and C parents of Neville's Haze: sweet and floral aromas of Central American sativa, combined with intense incense and woody notes. The Malawi contributes a resinous, oily and slightly fermented background, adding depth and character.

Effects

The effect is cerebral, energetic and expansive, with a very powerful sativa psychoactivity but less narcotic than other Malawi hybrids. It produces a clear, uplifting and long lasting state of mind, ideal for experienced users looking for intense and long lasting sativa experiences.

Phenotypes

• Pheno Neville's Haze: The most frequent. Tall, very productive plants, with dense flowers, long reddish/orange pistils and a sweet, floral and incensed profile of classic Haze. Flowering: 85-90 days.
• Feno Malawi: Recognizable by its golden/silver appearance and oily, resinous and woody aromas. Very productive and extremely powerful. Flowering: ~85 days.
• Almost pure Feno Haze: Minority (<10%). Very tall and wild tropical sativa, less productive and longer flowering. Of great interest for lovers of Haze old school. Flowering: 90-120 days.

Genetic profile

Unlike Purple Haze x Malawi, which is a more uniform and wild F1, Super Malawi Haze seeks a more tamed, productive and resinous expression, with higher levels of THC and terpenes, without losing the essence of the great classic Haze.
