After our Future No. 1 surpassed 37% THC several times over and became a hit in dispensaries, it was clear to us that the journey couldn't end there. After numerous attempts, we found the ideal partner to maintain or increase potency and take the flavor experience to the extreme. It became Emperors Cookies, a cross between Emperor OG and the infamous Girl Scout Cookies, which has well-balanced effects and a very complex flavor profile. It took a lot of work and a huge effort to obtain an original cut of Emperors Cookies, but the result of the cross speaks for itself.

What is Captain Future like?

Captain Future has already been tested at 36% THC, and we're confident it hasn't yet reached its peak. In addition to the cannabinoid level, the terpene content—the aroma—is decisive for the effects. It has an intense pineapple flavor, versatile citrus aromas, and also a slight mango note. The proportion of myrcene, nerodiol, and lime is extremely high in Captain Future, thus enhancing the effects. Captain Future develops medium-to-large flowers that maintain a thick, pineapple-like shape. Despite being a 70% sativa, the knobby buds are more indica-like, with white to yellowish trichomes. They become hard and sticky like rocks, making them difficult to break up without a quality steel grinder.

Yield capacity

This premium strain can be grown both indoors and outdoors. Indoors, plants have a flowering time of 10 to 11 weeks and yield 500-600g per square meter; outdoors, one plant can produce up to 800g. Captain Future yields best indoors using the SCROG method. This helps control size. During flowering, branches often need to be supported due to the large, heavy flowers.
