This document establishes the general conditions of access and use of the web site https://www.semillas-de-marihuana.com that the company Experiencia Natural SL with CIF B32488199 and fiscal address in the street Cabeza de Manzaneda 17 of Ourense, offers to the users of Internet who are older of legal age (+18).
The purpose of this website is to sell Cannabis collectible seeds, horticulture products and paraphernalia available to interested parties. This General Conditions regulate our uses and sales relationship, both in person at the store and at a distance through Internet, between Experiencia Natural SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, specifically the following:

By accepting these conditions, the customer approves to receive all invoices in digital format, being able to access them in his customer account and receiving them in his email.
How to make a claim?
In the event of a package in bad condition, you must immediately report it to the courier, since they are the ones responsible for paying for the material in bad condition. We cannot do anything if you do not give the order when you receive the package. In urgent transport the easiest thing is to communicate it directly to the courier, not to accept the shipment and thus they automatically send us a return, likewise we ask you to send us a photo of the package at the moment of the non-acceptance of the same one, to see the bad state. By Post Mail in case of defective package, take a picture and let them return to us, submit a claim and send us a copy by email to pedidos[at]semillas-de-marihuana.com attaching explanation of what happened. We will proceed with the claim to send a new shipment upon receipt of the previous one returned.
In case of receiving any broken seeds, which is not usual, you must send us photos of them, return them and send us a letter together with the photos explaining the subject, the email address to send the letter is the same as the previous paragraph.
Warranties, returns and exchanges
According to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, will have a 2 years guarantee in those products of durable nature, which are not likely to expire. In those products that have an expiry date or a preferential consumption, the guarantee will be effective until the date indicated, with a maximum of 2 years from the day of purchase. After the first 1 month up to 2 years of warranty it will be necessary to carry out an expert appraisal of the product to verify that the fault is of origin and not due to misuse. The warranty does not cover products damaged due to knocks, misuse or improper handling, as well as materials worn from normal use. If replacement of the product is necessary, the product will not extend the warranty, but will assume the same terms as the first product delivered. Claims and returns will be processed in a personalized way, send us an email at pedidos[at]semillas-de-marihuana.com, you must write your order reference and all the necessary detailed indications on your case. Each case will be reviewed to offer the most appropriate solution, which you will also communicate by email. Shipping costs of returning products to Experiencia Natural SL are going on the customer's side unless we've made a mistake, in that case we pay all the sipping costs.
In case of return of an order without a reason you must know that you have 15 days to make it happen, you can do it in the email pedidos[arroba]semillas-de-marihuana.com or responding any of the emails that we sent to you. Once the return is communicated and accepted you must send us your order in perfect condition, without use and with the products sealed. Returns of perishable products and especially fragile products that can be damaged without showing any external signs of damage are not allowed, nor are products that have been unsealed and there is no way to check that they are intact.
How can I get a refund?
Once your return has been received by us and we have checked its perfect condition we proceed to refund the full amount of your order within a period of about 3 working days. The refund is paid in the same payment method that you used.

Products legislation
The importing, possession and traffic of hemp seeds is not subject to regulation according to the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs signed in Vienna in 1961, which expressly excludes the seeds of the cannabis plant from the narcotic substances subject to international oversight.
"By marijuana it is understood the summaries, flowered or with fruit, of the plant of the marijuana with exception of the seed and the sheets not united to the summaries of which the resin has not been extracted, whatever the name with which they are designated".
The cultivation of cannabis may be subject to administrative and criminal penalties (Article 25.1 of the Organic Law for the Protection of Public Safety and Article 368 of the Criminal Code).
Cannabis seeds sold in Experiencia Natural are not listed in the European Community catalogue, so it is forbidden to germinate them.
We send all the seeds with the restriction that they are not used against the law for you or by third parties, Experiencia Natural SL does not propose to induce anyone to act against the law. With this we explicitly point out that anyone who buys our seeds is responsible for their future actions. The descriptions of these seeds and other products for sale on this website are taken from companies and specialized books written in countries where the law does not prohibit the use of certain psychoactive substances (such as Spain), this means that the fact that some descriptions make allusions to their effects after consumption in NO EVENT means that you can consume them, is mere information since these products are sold only for collection and preservation. If they are used for human consumption it will always be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser and on this fact Experiencia Natural SL declines all possible responsibility.
Unfortunately, the regulation and export of marijuana seeds often varies from country to country. For this reason, we strongly advise you to ask for information about the regulations that apply in your country and to comply with them. Experiencia Natural SL only sells products that are legal in Spain. However, in some countries some of these products may be illegal. Experiencia Natural SL does not want to break any laws of any country. The policy is not to ship a product to a country where it is illegal or offensive. However, it is impossible for us to keep up to date with the status of legislation in many countries. This means that Experiencia Natural SL assumes no responsibility whatsoever. Therefore, the customer is asked to check whether the products are legal in his country. The customer is solely responsible for the consequences of placing an order for a product that is not legal in the country of destination. All legality issues, including undeliverable shipments and customs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are in doubt, you should consult an attorney.
With regard to CBD products, AECOSAN published on its website an information note on the use of cannabis and cannabinoids as food, where it confirms that sale of CBD as food is not allowed. For this reason this website does not have for sale any product with CBD that is intended for human consumption, all products on sale at Experiencia Natural are for external use and/or cosmetic.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider is ruled by current regulations and aplicación in the spanish territory.
